what even is a blog anyway..

i wanted to try to keep a digital diary of sorts. coding on my crappy laptop is harder than just making a tumblr post but it feels more personal. forgot i was trying to learn code too lol

feburary beginnings, march slump, april somethings

arrived in CA to stay with bestie for a while in feburary! started strong with a few different projects i'm still currently bouncing between: bead curtain, actual curtains, laundry basket, DIY-hoodie, suncatchers, photography website, sea quilt.. it's really helpful to have someone who supports you and tries to help you with their own input and company, when you're someone who gets easily get off-track, discouraged, and stuck. he's really wonderful and funny (and also keeps me fed which is so unbelievably helpful with my chronic illness EDS)

it's hard to believe i'm actually here sometimes, with my friends and a different family. i tend to reflect on how i was treated as an undiagnosed disabled kid. i love my parents and miss them greatly but it is a lot easier to be here for reasons.

a few days before leaving my cat got really sick (unknown GI issues) and it cost so much just for the basic visit. luckily she's better now, and i found out her original name was Pepper lol.
